Editor's Note: This article from Malacka Persa gives some practical advice on how to stop a dog from urinating in the house. Implement these boxer dog housebreaking tips and you'll be glad you did!
Dear Dog-Owner,
You might not know this but there are three (3) main reasons that I urinate in the house. And, I'm pretty sure you don't have a clue as to how to get me to stop.
So, I thought I'd write this short note to help both of us because, frankly, your reactions are quite scary at times.
First, I urinate because I get excited. Yes, I know that sounds strange but it's true. I love you and sometimes it's hard for me to express it so I just wet all over the place.
Second, I urinate to show you that I am being submissive to you. I'm trying to show you that I respect you as the boss and that's very difficult for a dog to demonstrate in any other way.
Third, I urinate out of spite when you leave me alone and act as if you don't care about me. I hate to admit this but I'm trying to get you to pay attention to me and show me that you really do care about my needs as well as yours.
Finally, there are a couple of quick and easy things you can do to make sure that I don't ever urinate in the house again and you'll be surprised when you find out how simple they really are.
These secrets are used by professional dog trainers all over and it's something they'll charge you hundreds of dollars to learn.
